Ms. T, if I could be as funny as you, I would quit bike racing and fully commit myself to something like comedy central.

Actually, I used to live in the brick apartment building on the right in college, right above the Blondies Pizza sign. So did the Unabomber. And so did a whole bunch of other kids who pretend to be homeless. Don’t move here - ever. If you aren’t already crazy to begin with, living here could put even the sanists of people over the edge.
