We’ve been wondering for a few months now . . . he took the test back in February after doing double duty as a pro on the road and going to law school for the last three years.

But now it’s official: Roman passed the BAR exam!

As for me, I headed North to my parents house to visit for a few days before making the trip to Hood River, Oregon. Things are great, Katie Mactier is finally here with the team and we are ready to put the hammer down here. Host housing is great and I have an awesome view of the Columbia Gorge and Mt. St. Helen’s from my bedroom. Camera is out of batteries today, but hopefully I will get some great pictures of the race soon. Tonight is the prologue . . . which I love. Last year I was 11th here, but the times are so close together you have to nickel and dime every pedalstroke, corner, and shift. So wish the ValueAct girls some luck and positive thoughts when you get a chance!

NEW: LINK IS FIXED!

Yep, its true. My boyfriend won the world famous Wente Road Race today. I taught him everything he knows about bike racing, except how to win on hilly courses. He learned that himself. Just kididng. When we met, I was still riding with underwear on beneath my cycling shorts and he was practically professional. Cool.

According to the cyclingnews.com report, he just attacked from the gun and rode the entire field off his wheel. Then everyone in the pack gave up, too demoralized to go on. So then, after one lap the officials said “Ok Roman, you win.” And he zipped up his jersey and blew kisses to the fans on the side of the road, picked up his huge bag of prize money, and his several barrels of Wente Vineyards wine. From now on, I will only drink Wente Vineyards wine when I am on my bike.

Hey, I just wanted to let you all know that Roman has started using his blog again. So check him out!Secondly, does my blog look a little messed up on the sidebar on anyone elses computer, or could it be just mine? Anybody know how to fix it?
